What actually fails, and how often

We measure a standing list of public bodies every week and publish the method. This is what those scans keep finding, grouped by the WCAG criterion each failure belongs to.

Not seen failing yet1

These criteria are in the same weekly sweep and have not produced a finding on any measured body. That is not a pass: automated checks cannot clear them.

Every level A and AA criterion in WCAG 2.2

One page per criterion: what it asks for, how pages fail it, how to test it yourself and what our scan can and cannot see. 4.1.1 Parsing is listed because WCAG 2.1 audits still carry it; WCAG 2.2 removed it.

1. Perceivable

2. Operable

3. Understandable

4. Robust

Automated checks on one page per body, re-run weekly. They catch what can be checked without a person; they do not clear anything, and no score here is a conformance claim.

The rest of the public record

Everything we publish about who is compliant, what is due, and how a claim can be checked.
